No! No you can’t! If you lose 1lb today, most of it will be water weight! You cannot lose 1lb of legitimate weight in one freaking day!
That is an unrealistic and unhealthy aspiration. Do yourself a favor and aim for something a lot more attainable. Like 1-2lbs a week.
